ข้อตกลงและเงื่อนไขการใช้บริการ Web Chat

• ให้บริการสอบถามเฉพาะภาษีอากรและข้อมูลสรรพากร ตั้งแต่เวลา 8.30 น. - 16.00 น. ทุกวันทำการ เว้นวันหยุดราชการ
• กรมสรรพากรจะไม่เปิดเผยข้อมูลของท่านแก่ผู้หนึ่งผู้ใด เว้นแต่เป็นการเปิดเผยต่อเจ้าหน้าที่ของกรมสรรพากรเท่านั้น ตามมาตรา ๒๔ แห่งพระราชบัญญัติข้อมูลข่าวสารของราชการ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๐
• กรมสรรพากรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการให้บริการแก่ผู้ใช้บริการลำดับถัดไป กรณีที่ท่านเว้นระยะการสนทนาเป็นเวลานานเกิน 30 วินาที
• กรุณาเลือกประเภทการสนทนาให้ตรงกับความต้องการ
• การสนทนาให้ใช้ภาษาสุภาพ
• กรมสรรพากรขอสงวนสิทธิ์ในการตอบคำถามสำหรับกรณีดังต่อไปนี้
  • กรณีไม่ระบุเลขประจำตัวประชาชน และ ชื่อ - สกุล ตามทะเบียนราษฎร์
  • การสอบถามข้อมูลการชำระภาษี เลขประจำตัวผู้เสียภาษี หรือข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล
  • การสอบถามเกี่ยวกับกฎหมายภาษีอากรที่มีข้อเท็จจริงสลับซับซ้อน ซึ่งจะต้องพิจารณาเอกสารหลักฐานประกอบ หรือมีประเด็นที่ต้องตรวจสอบข้อเท็จจริงตามหนังสือแจ้งการประเมินของเจ้าพนักงาน หรือคำพิพากษาของศาล
  • การสอบถามเรื่องที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในความรับผิดชอบของกรมสรรพากร
  • คำถามที่ไม่ชัดเจน

Terms and Conditions of using Web chat.

• This Web chat service can beavailable in office hours: Monday - Friday 8.30 AM - 4.00 PM and this service will be serve only TAX Knowledge.
• This Web chat will protect the right privacy which state official must not disclose to others due to section 28 of the official information act B.E. 2540.
• The conversation will be cutted off alfer no reasponse within 30 second.
• Please select suitable conversation type.
• The conversation must be polite.
• The Revenue Department preserves the right to answer as follows.
  • No specify ID number, Name and Surname as Meldestelle data.
  • Request Information of Taxable, Taxable ID or personal information.
  • Request the information about law which is complicated and need document support; including the evaluation form from the authority and the hearing of court.
  • The scope of information is not in the Revenue Department's responsibility.
  • The question is unclear.
